Depending on the season and the products available, here are some examples of workshops offered by Camille.

  • Canned tomatoes: coulis, tomato jams, tomato pickles

  • Tomato coulis 

  • Seasonal fruit chutney

  • rhubarb, cardamom and fenugreek compote

  • pickled pickles (summer)

  • quince compote with cardamom (autumn) 

  • Pear, ginger and hibiscus jam (autumn)`

  • Mauritian pickled vegetables (summer) 

  • Acacia Blossom Vinegar (May) 

  • Strawberry tail syrup (spring-summer)
